Up to now we have won the following nominations in the prestigious competition Building of the Year:
- In 2007 – nomination in the Holiday Properties category, for our apart-hotel Redenka Lodge
- In 2008 - nomination in the Holiday Developments category for our development Redenka Golf and Ski Club, located near the town of Razlog. The development consists of the emblematic Redenka Chalets, the Redenka Palace apart-hotel and the Redenka Lodge apart-hotel.
- The development has an indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a children’s pool, a large restaurant in the traditional style of Bansko and a summer garden with a barbeque area, a football pitch, a tennis court, a volleyball pitch, a children’s playroom, a children’s playground, a coffee-bar next to the outdoor swimming pool, a lobby bar with a big lobby area with a fireplace, a gym, massage rooms, a solarium, a ski storage room, solar panels for a more efficient use of renewable natural resources, wonderfully landscaped and well maintained gardens and many more facilities and extras.
- In 2009 our project Porto Paradiso apart-hotel won the prestigious international award Best Project 2009 in the category Best Beach Project in the competition organized by Best Nedvizhimost, the Russian Guild of Realtors, the Moscow Association Guild of Realtors and Euro Design.
