Redenka Palace

Redenka Holiday Club is one of ours very popular projects. Its attractiveness, strategic location and development potential made the complex world famous even before it was fully finished. Redenka Palace is part of the Redenka Holiday Club development.

Today, as a result of the good maintenance and professional management of Redenka Holiday Club the development, and Redenka Palace in particular, are a preferred place for vacationing not only for Bulgarians but also for foreign tourists.

The complex is a popular holiday spot all year round – in winter it is preferred by keen skiers and fans of winter sports and during the warmer months – by mountaineers and those looking for clean air, warm sun rays, lakes and rivers and complete relaxation among nature.

Redenka Palace is the last phase of the Redenka Holiday Club (Redenka Golf & Ski Club) development. The building is a modern apartment hotel built in the Alpine style that is typical for Redenka.

Redenka Palace has 87 fully furnished and equipped apartments – studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each of which has a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances.

The owners and guests of the complex can use the indoor swimming pool and children’s pool that are open all year round, the outdoor heated swimming pool, the sauna, steam room, massage room, solarium, conference hall, spacious lobby bar with a fireplace, relaxation areas, children’s play room, shop, lifts, football pitch, tennis court and volleyball pitch, big parking area which is in harmony with the environment and many more extras.

The complex also houses the popular Stariya Razlog (The Old Razlog) restaurant, whose authentic Bulgarian Renaissance atmosphere and delicious food make the clients come back again and again.

The complex never stops developing in order to meet the needs of its owners and guests. Now the restaurant has a beautiful summer garden and a barbeque zone and we built a summer bar next to the outdoor swimming pool which offers cold drinks and hot coffee to those who enjoy water and sun.

The high quality of the rough construction work combined with the luxury finishing works both of the common areas and in the apartments turned the building into a favorite holiday spot for many Bulgarians and foreigners.

By building the Redenka Holiday Club development we managed to create our concept of what the end client should be offered – affordable luxury at a reasonable price and constant development to meet the ever-changing needs of the owners and the guests.
