That is why, very often a modeling of the site is required. In that way, on the one hand is being organized a more pleasant environment around the building and on the other hand are being created safe conditions for the residents and the users themselves.
For example, in terrains that are too steep is being arranged a construction of stairs and ramps, and are being formed terraces and slopes with different levels of inclination.
The terrain modeling is sometimes needed for purely aesthetic reasons, when the landscape diversification is necessary or desirable. In such cases are being formed artificial hills, small valleys and other terrain formations.
They have high decorative value and should also be well fortified with the appropriate slope inclination. The slope inclinations must be safe and shall allow for the land mass to stabilize and settle in stable condition - regardless of the climatic conditions, the weather conditions and the passage of people, animals and vehicles.
Since we work with a team of architects, landscape architects and geologies, and since we have the proper technologies, we find the modeling of the terrain, no matter how steep or boring at first glance it can seem, to be a pleasant challenge and a favorite creative endeavor. After we complete our work on the plot, it will never be terribly steep or so boringly flat.
