Golden Mile

Our company is planning the construction of the elite residential complex Golden Mile, featuring holiday apartments, refined interior area and swimming pool zone, located in the largest Bulgarian seaside resort Sunny Beach. The total area of the building is 3400 sq.m, distributed in 66 apartments and 15 parking lots, arranged in two sections. There is a choice of apartments - studios, one and two bedroom apartments which come with an area between 35 sq.m. to 112 sq.m.

The complex is designed by the most successful Bulgarian architectural company in the recent years Genig Studio. The architecture and the concept of the Golden Mile complex are inspired by the atmosphere of the Costa del Sol in Spain and its most elite area - Golden Mile, covering the luxurious resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus - a favorite vacation spot for the rich and famous from around the world. It comes with classic architecture, typical of the Spanish coast. The eye-catching ornaments on the façade, the clean shapes and the magnificently landscaped garden, turn this complex into a true masterpiece with attention to the smallest detail.

Golden Mile complex will provide the following services:
• Reception lobby area with sofas, a small area for food and drinks (food & drink corner);
• Outdoor swimming pool with luxury sun loungers, umbrellas and canopy tents;
• Richly landscaped inner zone of the complex;
• Year-round complex, suitable for permanent habitation;
• Full range of services for the residents of the complex - management, security service and maintenance of the apartments, as well as a wide range of housing and VIP services.
