Sunset Deluxe Romana

The architects of Genig Studio have completed all architectural drawings of the second villa at our luxury gated residential complex Sunset Deluxe. All architectural and technical projects have been supplied to the Municipality of Nessebar for approval. We expect to receive building permission before the end of Summer 2014..
The new apartment villa has been named "Romana". It has the same stylish design like the already finished first building "Marittima". However few improvements have been made to the new building, in order to satisfy better our apartment owners and their comfort. Here are few of the most important advantages of Romana, comparing to Marittima:
