Chateau Blanc complex

The project of the Chateau Blanc complex includes the construction of a luxury building of holiday apartments. The plot on which the complex will be built is set just 100 m from the Gondola in the resort of Bansko and from the Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel.

The central part of the resort is just a short walk away from the new development along the main street – Pirin Street.

The development plot has a total area of 944 sq.m.

The total built-up area of the complex is 2,493 sq.m. which span on 7 levels – a basement, a ground floor, 4 standard floors and an attic floor.

The building will consist of 32 apartments – mainly with one bedroom, but there will also be a few two-bedroom apartments. The area of the apartments will be between 42 and 84 sq.m.

The concept is of a standard of the highest luxury as this includes the materials, the construction and the facilities which the owners and guests of the development will have at their disposal, and namely:

The building will have one lift, and the complex will be heated with a local heating system working on pellets and gas.

At present we are looking for partners for the successful realization of the project.

The plot on which the complex will be built is the only undeveloped plot left in close proximity to the Gondola, which makes it especially attractive for long term investment and guarantees a high level of occupancy all year round.
