Residence "Dobar unak" is located in the exclusive residential area of Lozenets District and is an example of an elite residential building, fully comparable with the best known world examples.

Currently, the building is among the most luxurious family residential buildings in the city of Sofia.

An interesting detail that concerns this project is that the buyer trusted our company completely and the entire project and completion of the work has been implemented by our construction and entrepreneurial company.

Our work on the construction of this single-family home with classic design was related to the overall project, the construction, the exterior and the interior design.

The architecture and the details on the building’s facades were inspired by the aesthetics of the Renaissance and Baroque periods, but were implemented by using the most modern construction technologies.

The appearance of the building successfully combines traditional classical shapes and elements of the bygone days with the functionality and comfort of the modern buildings.

The house has four levels - with basement and sunny winter garden.

The total unfolded built-up area amounts to 611.90 sq.m.

The plot of land on which the project was completed is 182 sq.m. in size.

The deadline for the completion of the construction of the building, all completion works, interiors, equipment and furnishing was 7 months.
