Sunset Kosharitsa 1 was built in the period 2004-2006.

Sunset Kosharitsa consists of a few apartment buildings Sunset Kosharitsa 1, Sunset Kosharitsa 3 and Sunset Kosharitsa 3. Each of them has studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped as per the highest standards and they offer coziness and a relaxing atmosphere.
The owners and guests of the complex can choose between 6 swimming pools, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a steam room, a gym and massage rooms. The complex also has a shop which sells food, beverages and other necessities.
